A teenage girl has been deemed guilty of falsely accusing her ex of sexual assault. Hannah Sandoval claimed the boy had both drugged and raped her.
Hannah is an English citizen of 18 years living in Southwick Wiltshire. Her story — as she told police, was that her ex-boyfriend had laced her water bottle with drugs. Then — he allegedly forced himself upon her.
Sandover’s story includes that a friend was present during the attack. Though – they didn’t notice the attack because they were wearing music-filled headphones.
When Hannah was brought to a medical clinic — the story began to change. Now, she hadn’t been drugged at all.
As questioning intensified, Sandover eventually cracked. She finally confessed that the sex the two had was, in fact, consensual.
Court prosecutor Ryan Seneviratine was recorded by the stenographer saying:
“Miss Sandover is extremely lucky that she didn’t get charged with perverting the course of justice, only due to her age and the fact she has no previous convictions. Her ex-boyfriend has said his confidence in approaching girls has been completely ruined. He was kept in custody for five-and-a-half hours and underwent intimate tests. And all because she wanted to get back at him. She had numerous times to say the allegations were lies, but she didn’t.”
