Ariana Grande has released imagery of a brand-new tattoo. The ink depicts a bumblebee and is located behind her left ear. The pop-star stated that she got the tattoo in honor of the 22 victims in the Manchester Arena terror attack.

On the 22nd of May, 2017, fans of Ariana Grande packed Manchester Arena for a concert. As fans were leaving the stadium after the concert, an Islamic terror group detonated a homemade bomb. The shrapnel-filled device exploded in a large group of people — killing 22, and injuring 139 more. More than half were children.
Ariana Grande was heartbroken — posting the following to her Twitter account: “broken. from the bottom of my heart, i am so so sorry. i don’t have words.”

Ariana’s mother posted a photo to her Twitter last night showing the whole family gathered around 22 lit candles. She shared:
“It is unbelievable how May 22, 2017 started last year in Manchester! Who would ever have imagined the horrors that awaited us all… one year later I look to the strength of Manchester with a bowed head, and love in my heart!
At home last night, all together and grateful!”

Our hearts go out to those affected by the incident
